How To Use Lemon, Ginger, And African Black Pepper For General Well Being

INGREDIENTS:

10 lemons
A piece of ginger
15 African black pepper
17 Cloves
2 liters of clean water

Cut the lemons and ginger into pieces, crush the black pepper, strain well and put in a small saucepan, also add the lemons and ginger.
Once boiled, leave lukewarm then drink a glass on an empty stomach, one hour before lunch!

NB: you can keep in the fridge or heat the herbal tea every morning.
Renew every 7 days!
