2. making sure that every customer is served in a timely manner, and managing customer inquiries and complaints.
3. ensure that there is exceptional customer service.
4. responsible for sales reports and documentations.
5. abide by cash collection procedures and make sure all staff members follow it.
6. running periodical physical stock inventory.
7. Must be a great marketer.

1. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
2. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials.
3. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
5. Keep an inventory of stock.
6. Book meetings.
QUALITIES;
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
