Over ₦500 Million Spent, No Offering: How COZA Pulled Off Abuja’s Biggest Gospel Concert with 60,000 Worshippers

Abuja witnessed what many are calling a historic moment in gospel music as Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (COZA) reportedly spent over ₦500 million to host The Atmosphere without collecting any offering from the nearly 60,000 worshippers in attendance.

According to Wale Jana, events of this scale are rare in the capital because of the enormous financial commitment involved. He noted that such gatherings do not necessarily translate into church growth, making the investment even more remarkable.

The maiden edition of The Atmosphere drew Christians from different walks of life, filling the venue in what attendees described as a concert like no other. Beyond the music and production, many testified that lives were transformed and that Jesus was lifted high throughout the event.

Jana praised the senior pastors of COZA, Biodun Fatoyinbo and Modele Fatoyinbo, commending their generosity and leadership, and praying that God replenishes them a thousandfold.

As clips from the concert continue to trend online, many who attended say the full experience can only truly be appreciated by rewatching the moments captured on YouTube where the views are still climbing.

Another attendee, Elyon Amoako, who traveled all the way from Ghana for The Atmosphere 2026, also shared his experience.

He wrote:

“The Atmosphere 26 was on a different level. It was Glory Revealed.

Over the weekend, heaven touched earth in a way words can hardly describe. The stadium was charged. The worship was intense. The hunger was real. And God moved mightily.

Thousands of souls surrendered to Jesus. Destinies were realigned. Hearts were healed. Lives were forever marked.

What happened at Atmosphere 26 cannot truly be explained — only experienced. It was unforgettable.

Thank you Biodun Fatoyinbo and Modele Fatoyinbo for carrying this vision with such grace, strength, and consistency. Your investment into this generation does not go unnoticed. I love and celebrate you always.”

With testimonies pouring in from within and outside Nigeria, The Atmosphere 2026 has positioned itself as one of Abuja’s most talked-about gospel gatherings both for its scale and its spiritual impact.
