The SHOP MANAGER is to be responsible for the overall shop management.
The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage team effectively.
The SHOP MANAGER must be result oriented.
Responsibilities;
- managing orders and vendor relationships.
- administrative record keeping.
- maintaining employee schedules, and tracking inventory.
- overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop.
- expected to cover whatever position may be short-handed during a shift.
- motivating sales teams with great customer service as well as developing business strategies that will help them achieve success in a competitive marketplace.
- developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability.
- meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staff.
- ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
- supervising the rest of the team.
- report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc.
- be a great example of good attitude, behavior and character to the rest of the team.

A very dedicated, creative, passionate and result oriented social media manager needed in a FOOD MART in Abuja.
Responsibilities;
- planning, implementing, managing and monitoring company’s Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.
- define most important social media KPIs.
- create, manage and oversee all social media contents.
- reply all social media comments, reply DMs.
- analyze the success of every social media advert and collaboration.
- build collaborations with relevant brands.
- must be good at creating videos with phone, good at basic writing and taking photos with phone.
- must be up to date with social media trends needed to drive sales.
- must work with every member of the team.
- develop social media strategies to boost brand presence and image.
