Apostle Grace Lubega is a Ugandan Pastor, gospel singer, and the senior pastor of Phaneroo International Ministries. He is also the vision bearer of Phaneroo Fellowship , a Christian Fellowship in Uganda attended mostly by University students and young corporates that happens every Thursday at MTN Arena.
He was a guest minister at the Word Faith Believers Convention – WAFBEC 2023.
