The Juventus forward is the first person to reach the high follower count with Ariana Grande behind him with 173.2 million. The only other account on the social media platform with more followers than Ronaldo is Instagram itself with 330.6 million.
If we put all Ronaldo’s followers in a single country then it will be the 7th most populated country in the world.
Ronaldo is not just popular on Instagram, his Instagram popularity comes with money.
According to Forbes, “Ronaldo’s monetization powers are as extraordinary as his skills on the soccer field and he makes an estimated $47.8 million per year from paid-Instagram posts.”
