Dr Preye Ziko Bobmanuel Wins Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022

Congratulations are in order for Preye Ziko Bobmanuel for winning The Entrepreneur Africa Awards 2022 ( TEA Awards ) for Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022.

This comes a few weeks after launching her life-changing book, She- Executive, a guide for every woman who dares to dream and blaze new trails in the male-dominated workspace breaking free from gender stereotypes and the biases against women in the marketplace.

The Entrepreneur Africa Awards is Africa’s biggest entrepreneurship awards project. Now in its 6th edition, this award project has impacted over 50,000 entrepreneurs and businesses, directly and indirectly. 

Winning the Outstanding Female Entrepreneur Of The Year 2022 is not a surprise to many especially the players in the real estate industry and female entrepreneurs in the South-South. Dr. Preye is not just empowering women through her books but she’s also giving out business grants to small businesses even as she equips other women to win in the real estate industry.

Dr Preye Ziko Bobmanuel has over 9 years of active practice in real estate and presently, she is the most sought-after speaker on real estate advisory matters. 

She became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Sunville Developers Limited in January, 2021. She is the first female to occupy this position since its inception in 2018.

Dr Preye Ziko Bobmanuel  holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Port Harcourt, a second bachelor’s degree in accounting from Enugu State University of Science and Technology. And a master’s in business administration (MBA) from the Robert Gordon University Aberdeen, Scotland. 

She earned a doctorate degree from the prestigious ESGT University, Benin, in recognition of her outstanding achievement and her contribution to the economic development in Nigeria.

She is an enthusiastic realtor and a philanthropist known for her integrity and sincerity
