HOW TO MAKE FISHERMAN SOUP
INGREDIENTS

• Tilapia fish
• Onions (chopped)
• Pepper
• Seasoning cubes
• Salt
• Palm oil
• Prawn
• Uziza seed
• Achi (thickener)
• Periwinkle
• Sea snails
• Uziza leaves (wash and slice)
• Clams
• Crab
  PREPARATIONS
• Clean and wash the fish. Transfer it into a pot, add the chopped onion, blended pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, palm oil, water and bring it to a boil.
• Blend the uziza seed, sieve it and add the mixture into the pot.
• Wash all sea food (prawn, crab, periwinkle, sea snail, clams) properly and add them into the pot. Stir gently and let it simmer for few minutes.
• Taste for salt and seasoning cubes and add if necessary. Add the achi and stir gently. Add the sliced uziza leaves and let it simmer for 5min.
