How To Make TIGER-NUT DRINK

Here is how to make TIGER-NUT DRINK

Ingredients:
Tiger nut
Coconut
Date fruit
Ginger
Honey

Process
Wash the tiger-nut thoroughly to avoid sand or dirty particles and soak it in the water for 3hrs
Peel off the ginger,wash thoroughly.
Remove the seed of the date fruits and wash it as well.
Break the coconut, remove it from the shell and cut it into pieces, soak it for more than 1hr
After that, blend the tiger-nut, coconut, date and ginger together.
Blend out its smoothness.
Turn in a big bowl add cups of water (depending on the quantity you are making)and mixed it well.
pour in the mixture inside a light clean material and squeeze till all the milk is out from the chaff.
Use the white cloth again to filter it so there will be no particles or any form of chaff in your drink after all the process if you want you can add honey for this that like TOOOO SWEET DRINK but date contain natural sugar.
Store in the freezer.
Served when cold.
Enjoy your tiger-nut milk drink.
