On Kanye West Becoming A Billionaire And Kim Being A Supporting Wife: You Can Only Get A Kim If You Are A Kanye

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West tied the knot in May 2014 and it’s been beautiful .

Kim explained during one of her interviews that before they got married, people would often warn Kanye to stay away from her, claiming she would ‘ruin’ his career.

Kim added: ‘I mean, everyone would tell him, “You can’t be with her, she’s a reality star. She’s going to sink your career!”

‘And he was just like, “But I love her. Like, I don’t care”.’

Kanye would often described her as “good, pure, gappy, loving, brave, courageous, strong”.

Who knows Kanye was romantic?

Well, they have been married for almost seven years now and they are blessed with four beautiful girls, and together they have built businesses and expanded their personal brands.

Yesterday, April 25th, 2020, Kanye West was officially confirmed a billionaire by Forbes Magazine.
Nigerians took to the street of social media to talk about how Kim helped pay Kanye’s debt of $53m, how no Nigerian women can be like Kim, how she helped his business and more.

It got me wondering if this is not the same Kim Kardashian that Nigerians crucified on Twitter when she visited Nigeria in 2013 to co-host the highly publicised Valentine’s show ‘Love like a movie’ by R&B king Darey Art Alade at Eko Hotels and Suites, Lagos for making a 45 minutes appearance.

See, we are Nigerians and the truth is 8 out of 10 Nigerian men won’t date a girl like Kim, not to talk of marrying her.
Also, no Nigerian parent will want a lady like Kim as their daughter-in-law.

We judge people, put them in boxes even when we barely know them.

The moment you are born into this world, you are given a name, religion, race, and gender.

And you live your whole life trying to defend a fictional character and identity.

Surprisingly, she has a better marriage than the assistant Marys( our supposed good girls) and suddenly she’s an idol

Chances are, you will find more hen’s teeth In Nigeria than men like Kanye if you are looking for men like Kanye.

He’s faithful, he’s loyal, yet, he accepted her even with her not-so-proud past.

So why won’t she commit to him?

For every bad wife, there is a bad husband.

We all want the best but we don’t think of being the best for the person we want. How selfish!

In Nigeria we even struggle to accept a rape victim, we look at single moms with disdain.

Most times when a Nigerian man asks to know about your past relationships or things you have done in the past, he is just asking so he knows the box to put you in, only a few will accept you the way you are and without it against you.

How many Nigerian men would engage a lady with two failed marriages, a viral sex tape and a digital footprint powered with nudes with a $8m engagement ring?

Perhaps, only Kanye, and do we have a Nigerian Kanye? The search is on!

Dear ladies, don’t invest in a guy that is not responsible and loyal Yeezy. And make sure you test his loyalty, else it will end in tears.

A man that loves you will accept you with your history no matter how terrible. The least he can do is help you overcome your weaknesses while focusing on strengths.

ONLY BE A KIM IF HE IS A KANYE

And if you want to a KIM, Be A KANYE.
