Segun is a Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP), a member of the Institute of Customer Service of Nigeria (MICSN) and a Professional Member of the West Africa Association of Customer Service Professional (WAACSP). He is also a Certified Management Consultant, a fellow of the revered Institute of Management Consultants and a Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Information and Strategic Management.
He is the CEO of Smogville Solutions, a leading Learning and Development Company, through which he has delivered Excellent Customer service delivery training to several organizations.
Through his Speaking and training, Segun Manuel helps organizations/individuals leverage the most profit, the highest performance, & the greatest productivity and effectiveness, out of every hidden opportunity and investment within their existing business.
He was recently recognized by the Delta Economic Summit Group (DESG) for his role in Capacity Development. He was awarded the Motivational Speaker of the year by The Innovative Brand Awards (TIBA) and also listed amongst the top 100 young leaders in Delta state and listed amongst the top 50 business leaders.
