Fintiri Swears-In New Commissioners, Assigns Portfolios

Adamawa State Governor, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri on Thursday sworn-in 23 new commissioners at the Government House, Yola.

The new commissioners and their portfolios are as follows;

  1. Barr. Wali Yakubu (Madagali): Youth Development and Sports
  2. Dr. John Ishaya Dabari (Michika): Commerce, Trade and Industry
  3. Mrs. Augustina Wandamihya (Michika): Finance
  4. Hon. Usman Abdullahi (Mubi South): Special Duties
  5. Hon. Tijani Maksha (Maiha): Livestock and Fishery
  6. Dr. Umar Garba Pella (Hong): Education
  7. Prof. Finchiwa David Jatau (Gombi): Agriculture
  8. Hon. Abdullahi Adamu Prambe (Song): Housing and Urban Development
  9. Mr. Joab Haggai Sahma (Girei): Land and Survey
  10. Hon. Ibrahim Mijinyawa Yayaji (Yola North): Local Government Affairs
  11. Barr. Bello Haman Diram (Yola South): RRR Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Reintegration
  12. Chief Felix Tangwami (Demsa) Health and Human Services
