U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday shocked everyone when he announced that he and his wife Melania had tested positive for COVID-19 and were going into quarantine, upending the race for the White House.
Trump made this known on Twitter.
This came after news that a top adviser and trusted aide, Hope Hicks had tested positive for the new coronavirus earlier on Thursday.
