Over the weekend, the city of Port Harcourt played host to the Digital Transformation Summit, a convergence of innovators, thought leaders, and entrepreneurs shaping Africa’s digital future. Naira Diary was proud to serve as a media partner for the event.

The summit featured a brilliant keynote address by Mary Mathew (CEO & Co-Founder, Cloudnotte) and a thought-provoking panel session with Ayuosi Godfrey, Ebibole Doutimi, and Joy Nwaiwu, moderated by Richard Okiasi. The conversations explored the evolving landscape of digital transformation and its impact on businesses and society.

Speaking at the summit, Henshaw Jacobson (CEO, QliqMedia & Founder, Naira Diary) emphasized the critical role of Digital PR in today’s marketplace.

“We cannot talk about digital transformation without investing in Digital PR — especially now that everyone turns to AI for research before making buying decisions,” he said.

Another highlight was the inspiring charge by Engr. Austin Dimkpa, who spoke passionately about the importance of catching our kids young in the digital economy.

The summit not only provided practical insights but also served as a prelude to the upcoming StartupSouth Conference in October 2025, further strengthening the StartupSouth community of innovators and changemakers.

Special appreciation goes to all the partners who made the summit a success:
• Rivers State ICT
• Bitsave
• Skill Works
• DOA
• GDG Port Harcourt
• Rodnav
• Fasthire
• Olotu Square

Your contributions and support played a vital role in the success of the gathering.
